Aluminum Facades in Houston
Aluminum facade design, fabrication, and installation serving the Greater Houston metro - specified for Gulf Coast heat, humidity, and severe storm exposure.

We design, fabricate, and install aluminum facades in Houston and across the Greater Houston metro. We are a project-based facade partner serving the region, focused on delivering cladding that performs through the Gulf Coast climate cycle - extreme heat, high humidity, and the periodic severe weather that tests every building envelope.
From Energy Corridor tower renovations and Medical Center campus projects to mixed-use development in the Heights and industrial facilities in the Port area, we work with architects, contractors, and building owners to specify and deliver facade systems built for this environment.
A facade partner for the Houston metro
Houston’s construction market moves fast and at scale. The city’s growth - in commercial, healthcare, multifamily, and industrial sectors - means tight schedules and a premium on partners who deliver consistently. We bring fabrication control and installation discipline to projects where slippage isn’t an option.
- Design and engineering - system selection, thermal performance review, wind pressure compliance, and shop drawings coordinated with your project team.
- In-house fabrication - panels and extrusions fabricated to specification and sequenced to your install plan.
- Installation - experienced crews delivering tested, weather-resistive rainscreen assemblies from mobilization to punch list.
Built for Houston conditions
The Gulf Coast climate creates a demanding performance envelope for cladding systems.
- Heat and thermal movement. Houston’s summers drive sustained high temperatures that cause significant expansion and contraction in facade materials. Aluminum cladding systems require properly sized joint gaps and anchor tolerance to accommodate thermal movement without distortion or fastener stress.
- Humidity and moisture management. High relative humidity year-round means the wall assembly must dry effectively. Ventilated rainscreen systems keep the drainage cavity open, allowing the cladding to dry out between weather events and reducing the risk of moisture accumulation behind the panel face.
- Hurricane and severe wind exposure. The Greater Houston metro falls within Gulf Coast high-wind zones. Facade systems on commercial and institutional buildings must meet the pressure cycling requirements for wind-driven rain and uplift loading. We specify and test aluminum assemblies to the applicable ASTM performance standards.
- UV and finish durability. Intense sun exposure combined with salt-laden air from the coast degrades finishes faster than in more temperate climates. We specify high-durability PVDF coating systems designed for longevity in Gulf Coast conditions.
Systems we deliver
Aluminum panels provide a flat, clean face suitable for Houston’s commercial and institutional aesthetic. Aluminum wall cladding covers large elevations efficiently, aluminum battens add shadow lines and articulation, and aluminum soffits finish covered entries, parking structures, and canopies.
Understanding the system helps the specification. Read our overview of what aluminum facades are or the ventilated facade systems guide for a deeper look at how rainscreen assemblies are engineered.
